and if they have a crown, they can wear it

Masquerade Party

Stars (entering grades 3 or 4)

7:00 – 8:30 pm

 

Dress the kids in their party comfortable
best and if they have a mask, they can wear it
(not required)

 

Black Tie Gala

Explorers (entering grades 5 or 6)

&

Teens (entering grades 7, 8 or 9)

Monday, August 15

 

7:00 – 9:00 pm

 

Blach Tie or Tux not required, it’s just a snazzy name for the party.

 

Dress in their comfortable best!

 

 

Campers only. No guests and no parents at the party. 

 

Have your camper(s) attend ONLY the night of their own party. They cannot attend on the night of a different division party.

 

All campers must leave the facility at the end of camp at the end of the day for regular dismissal or at the end of Late Stay Pickup.  We strongly ask that if your camper is in late stay, that you arrive as early as possible and most definitely not later than 6:15. No one can remain in the building until the event begins.

 

Do not arrive back at the facility until 10 minutes before the start of your campers’ event. The doors will open promptly at 7:00 pm

 

IMPORTANT!: PLEASE BRING YOUR CAMPER TO THEIR TABLES TO BE CHECKED IN BY THEIR COUNSELORS AND WE ASK THAT YOU LEAVE AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE SO WE CAN GET THE PARTY ROLLING.  PARENTS CAN NOT STAY IN THE BUILDING OR IN THE LOBBY. WE ARE SORRY, BUT THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS REQUEST.

 

There will be dancing at the start of the event, 7:00 PM, followed by dinner at 7:30 pm.

 

Dinner will consist of Pizza Bagels, Eggrolls & French Fries (no meat products). 

 

Feed your camper at home if you feel they will not be eating the dinner that is being served.

 

Absolutely no money is needed by any camper for any event!

 

After dinner, there will be more dancing.  At 8:10, we will allow parents to come back into the ballroom to view a dance performance by a number of the kids. (no performance for Explorers & Teens on August 15)

 

At the end of the event, you MUST sign your camper out with their staff.  This is very important to ensure the safety of everyone as there will be many people at the event.  ONLY those people who are on your authorized pickup list will be allowed to get your camper unless prior arrangements have been made and approved by our office.  We will not send a camper home via Uber, Lyft or car service.

 

In the interest of fun and safety, we ask that you are clear about the above directions. Please call the camp office if you have any questions.
