WE ARE OPENING CAMP ON JULY 06 ON A MODIFIED BASIS

I want to be clear here. We will do our best to provide as fun a summer program that we always do. However, you know we will be facing challenges never before seen. There will be limited programs, changes that may be made to the schedule on a daily or sometimes hourly basis. There will be ALOT to adjust to so we are asking all our parents to please be patient and understanding.

ADULTS: ALL ADULTS MUST WEAR MASKS WHEN ENTERING THE BUILDING. WE CANNOT ALLOW ANYONE ENTERING THE FACILITY TO DO SO WITHOUT A MASK OR FACE COVERING!
SORRY, NO EXCEPTIONS!

CAMPERS: A NORMAL TEMPERATURE READING IS 98.6 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT. AT THE TIME OF THE READING, ANY CAMPER WITH A TEMPERATURE HIGHT THAT 99.3 WILL HAVE TO WAIT 5 MINUTES AND THEN HAVE THEIR TEMPERATURE TAKEN AGAIN.

IF THE READING IS LOWER, THE CAMPER WILL BE SIGNED INTO CAMP FOR THE DAY. IF THE TEMPERATURE READS 99.3 OR ABOVE AFTER A SECOND CHECK, THE CAMPER WILL NOT BE ADMITTED TO CAMP AND WILL REQUIRE WRITTEN MEDICAL CLEARANCE FROM THEIR DOCTOR.

Campers/Children will NOT wear a make UNLESS we receive written instructions with specific times they want their camper to wear it.

CAMP STAFF WILL WEAR MASKS AS OFTEN AS POSSIBLE AS LONG AS IT DOES NOT POSE A HEALTH RISK TO THEMSELVES.

ALL CAMP STAFF NOT DOING SO WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO WORK.

IMPORTANT NOTE! IF A CAMPER OR STAFF MEMBER HAS A HIGH READING AND IS SUSPECTED OF BEING ILL WITH SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19, THE CAMP HAS THE RIGHT TO ASK THE FAMILY ABOUT THEIR RECENT CONTACT WITH FRIENDS AND FAMILIES. WE ARE MANDATED BY THE NEW YORK CITY DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH TO REPORT SUCH FINDINGS.

EARLY DROP OFF BEGINS (YOU MUST BE REGISTERED FOR THIS PROGRAM).
WHEN CHECKING IN AT THE OFFICE FOR EARLY DROP OFF, A NON CONTACT TEMPERATURE CHECK WILL BE TAKEN AND THE RESULTS WILL BE LOGGED.
