2018 Parent Orientation Meetings

 

Pionners: Entering grades PK & Kindergarten -----TBA

 

Adventures: Entering grades 1 & 2 -----TBA
 
Stars: Entering grades 3, 4 & 5 -----TBA

Voyagers:
Entering grade 5-----TBA
 
Explorers: Entering grades 6 & 7 -----TBA

 

Teen Quest: Entering grades 8 9 ----TBA
 
Directors will be on hand to take questions and discuss the camp program. Camp supplies (Camp bag, T-shirt, water bottle & lunch bag) will be distributed at the meetings.

 

Parents who have campers in different age groups can pick up the above items at the same time.  If you cannot attend on the meeting dates or if you are a returning camp family and just wish to pick up your camp supplies you can do so beginning Date TBA. or during office hours.

 

As a courtesy, we ask that parents attend the meetings without their campers.

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT NO INFORMATION PACKETS WILL BE MAILED OR DISTRIBUTED AND NO SUPPLIES WILL BE HANDED TO ANYONE STILL HAVING AN OUTSTANDING BALANCE PRIOR TO THE MEETING DATE.  DUE TO THE LENGTH OF THE MEETING, PAYMENTS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED AT THE TIME OF MEETINGS. PLEASE COME DURING OFFICE HOURS TO PAY BALANCES.
