PRE-SCHOOL: ENTERING PRE-K TO KINDERGARTEN

ADVENTURES: ENTERING GRADES 1 & 2

STARS: ENTERING GRADES 3, 4 & 5

EXPLORERS: ENTERING GRADES 6 & 7

TEEN QUEST: ENTERING GRADES 8 & 9

Must be completed entirely, signed and dated by a parent or

legal guardian and by the camper's doctor.

Must be submitted to the camp office prior to the start of camp.

NO CAMPER will be allowed to attend unless this is received by our office.

No Exceptions.
